Standard Bank Internship Programme Requirements
Candidates intending to apply will be required to comply with the regulations as set out by Standard Bank. They seek candidates who have a head for business, are committed, socially adaptable, professional and reliable.
Candidates must have the following to apply:
- Applicants must be a South African citizen
- Candidates must have a valid ID document
- Applicants must have a valid Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Candidates must be proficient in English
- Applicants with a year’s work experience are preferred
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure
- Applicants must take responsibility and be able to function independently and as part of a team

Successful candidates will be asked to comply with a screening and also a telephone interview, as well as a final assessment before internships can be awarded.
