Learnerships for N2, N3, N4 Requirements

All the stipulations as set out by the company on the application, their website or learnership advertisement must be met before making your application. All the required documentation must be attached to the application. These must not be your originals but only certified copies.

Basic requirements:

  • You must have an ID document
  • Applicants must have a Grade 10, Grade 11 or Matric certificate
  • You must have a diploma or degree relevant to the field of application
  • Applicants must be mathematically orientated
  • Good physical strength and co-ordination is a must
  • Applicants must be able to think logically and solve problems
  • You must have good English language skills and communication skills

Many of the learnerships in this field are for 12 or 24-month durations. Successful applicants will be shortlisted and may then be invited for an interview and additional assessments. You should also attach a curriculum vitae and recommendation or referral letters to your application. During the term of your learnership you will receive a monthly allowance, yet, you must arrange your own accommodation and transport.
