Individuals who wish to apply for any of the fields mentioned must comply with the requirements as set by the company and also provide all documentation. Documentation must copy that is certified.

Applicants must follow the requirements:

  • All applicants must be a South African Citizen
  • Applicants must have a valid ID document
  • All applicants must have an average of 60% academically within their field
  • Applicants must be in their final year of study or just completed their studies

Applicants on the shortlist will be contacted for an interview. Applicants are advised to provide all their academic records, a Curriculum Vitae, as well as a covering letter. They need to add their hobbies, and interests, along with their future aspirations to the application. They may also add recommendation letters.

WBHO Learnerships: Application

WBHO learnerships online application can be found on their WEBPAGE. Candidates can click on the Bursary / In-service tab. Then download the in-service application form. This form must be completed in full, signed by the applicant and submitted to: in-service_applications@wbho.co.za.

Successful candidates will be required to commit to a working period with the company. The period will usually be for twelve months but may be more. Candidates are prompted to ensure that all fields on the submission form are complete and the form signed. Do not forget to attach certified documentation, certification must not be older than three months.

This program does not guarantee a permanent placement. Selected candidates will receive a stipend monthly in accordance to their field and the year. Applications that are missing documentation, incomplete, late or not signed will not be looked at.

WBHO Learnerships Closing Date

The closing date for learnerships provided by WBHO will be different yearly. These dates may be subject to the need as it rises within the company’s structure. Learnerships are generally made accessible from the middle of the year. Their closing dates may be during September and November.
