Liberty Internship Programme; Liberty’s Internship programme is aimed at introducing young talent to a career in the financial services sector that includes workplace experience and formal training. The internship programme is supported by the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority

Each year the majority of their interns receive full-time jobs. Liberty places hundreds of interns in positions of immediate responsibility within all department operations, all over the country. This is to allow you to test the water (as they say) in a typical year.

Liberty Internship Programmes Available
Liberty is known for working within the financial sector and thus offers candidates an opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and experience within this sector of industry.

Liberty Internship Programme Requirements
Candidates wishing to apply at Liberty within one of the fields when made available will also be required to meet their set regulations.
Applicants must have the following:
- Applicants must be a South African citizen
- Applicants must hold a valid ID document
- Applicants must hold a valid Matric certificate
- Applicants must be fluent in English
- Applicants must be presentable and professional
- Applicants must hold a diploma or degree within their relevant field of application
- Applicants must be performance driven and committed
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure
Preference will be given to applicants with a disability or those from a previously disadvantaged background. Applicants with a disability must provide a medical certificate with their application stating the nature of their disability. The company will provide successful applicants with a monthly stipend. Applicants will be held responsible for their own transport, meals, and accommodation.

Liberty internships applications online can be made via their w1ebsite. Applicants must please ensure they complete the form fully and read all questions carefully. Also, sign the applications and attach certified documentation when submitting.
Please do not send originals, only use certified copies. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Successful applicants may be invited to partake in an interview prior to awarding the internship.
Closing Dates
Applications for the graduate internship intakes open the beginning of June each year. This company accepts application for the whole month of June and applications close the end of June yearly. Candidates must ensure that they complete the application and submit with all documentation before the end date.
