HUMAN RESOURC EMANAGEMENT |
Minimum Qualifications, knowledge and Experience
- Three-year tertiary qualification in the field of Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA etc.)
- Competent in MS Office Software package
- Good interpersonal skillsand communication skills
- Planning and Organising skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with Human Resources Management functions including recruitment and selection,training and development, etc.
- Assist with monthly leave reconciliations
- Performance management administration, ensuring that performance contracts have been signed off by all parties and filed at HR
- Monthly ERPpayroll inputs
- Gaining exposure to labour relation matters
- Assisting with research for policy reviews and development
- Coordinating employee induction
- Facilitating probation evaluations
- Assisting with conductingexit interviews
- Exposure to employment equity
- Assist with filing (electronic and hard copy filing)
- General HR tasks as and when required

CHEMISTRY |
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- Three-year tertiary qualification in the field of Chemistry or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, as well as other optical spectroscopy techniques, such as infrared spectroscopy;
- Competent in MS Office Software package;
- Good communication skills and report writing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance and development of national measurement standards for air pollution monitoring;
- Assist with gravimetric preparation of gas mixtures in accordance with ISO 6142;
- Assist with development of low mole fraction gas mixtures in accordance with ISO 6145;
- Assist with verification of gas mixtures to the highest level of precision using different measurement techniques;
- Assist with purity assessment of high pure source materials using separation and measurement techniques (chromatography, mass spectrometry, ultraviolet and non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy).

SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT & QUALITY |
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge,and Experience
- Three-year tertiary qualification in the field of Safety Management /Environmental Science/Quality Management or related field
- Basic knowledge of EHS legislation
- Basic Knowledge of Management System standards, particularly ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Computer Literate and proficient withMS Office software packages
- Attention to detail, good communication and organisational skills.
- Good administrative skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist NMISA laboratories with SHEQ-related activities.
- Assist with SHEQ management system documentation, document control and record keeping.
- Assist with conducting hazard/aspects identification and risk/impact assessment.
- Assist with management of operational controls associated with hazard, aspect, impact,and risk identified.
- Attend planned NMISA SHEQ meetings and give feed back to SHEQ office.
- Application of EHS legislation and other requirements
- Assist with SHEQ activities, internal audits,and action requests.
- Ensure that filing is up to date (electronic and hard copy filing)
- Attend planned training and practically apply the acquired knowledge.
- Proactively assess the activities mapped out in training plan and ensure that it is followed.
- General SHEQ tasks as and when required.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT |
Minimum Qualifications, knowledge and Experience
- Three-year tertiary qualification in the field of Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Understanding of all relevant legislation (PFMA,PPPFA, Constitution, etc.)
- Competent in MS Office Software package
- Analysing, quality and detailed orientation
- Good communication skills and report writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Make copies and scan tender document
- Filling of SCM document
- Prepare and arrange meetings
- Capture data on the system and update the file accordingly
- Upload tender document into the system (Website)
- Perform any other assigned job with regard to Supply Chain Management
- Update and follow up expired documents such as Tax Clearance and BBBEE certificates and SBD forms with suppliers
- Perform the help desk function
- Follow-up on supplier’s invoices, statements, orders etc. Document management and proper filling of SCM documents
- Coordinate the supplier payment process by registering, processing and forwarding invoices from suppliers to Finance Officer for payment
- Receive delivered goods and verify
