GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Employment Application must be fully completed and that is compulsory to liii all fields on the prescribed New Z83 form (811971431) which must be signed and dated for the application to be considered, and was approved to be utilized with effect 01 January 2021, Is obtainable at any National or Provincial Department, www.dpsa.gov.za. The Employment application form (Z83) must be accompanied by a recent updated comprehensive CV with at least
names of three (3) referees with current contact details. Originally certified copies of all qualification(s) including Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification; certified ID copy: all applicants tertiary qualification(s) must be accompanied by certified copies of academic record / transcript(s). Failure o submit the requested documents will result in the application not being considered. All qualifications will be verified. Persons in possession of a Foreign Qualification must furnish this Department with an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). Candidates will be subjected to security screening and vetting. Previous Background Checks for school, university, college or employment records will be verified through
