Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in retail? The Sportscene Learnership is now accepting applications! As a learner, you’ll receive valuable on-the-job training and development while working for one of South Africa’s top retail brands.

What is the Sportscene Learnership?

The Sportscene Learnership is a program designed to provide on-the-job training and development for individuals interested in pursuing a career in retail.

As a learner, you’ll have the opportunity to work for one of South Africa’s leading retail brands and gain valuable experience in areas such as customer service, sales, and merchandising.

The program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements and are committed to learning and growing in the retail industry.

Requirements:

Aged between 18 to 28 years old
Grade 10 minimum
Available and willing to work a fixed term 12month contract
Should not have
been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (June 23 – May 24)
Should not have participated or been registered on the YES program before
Accommodation and transportation for the applicant’s own account (if applicable)

The Sportscene Learnership provides on-the-job training and development in various areas of retail, including customer service, sales, and merchandising.
