ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Oral Health Centres, Tygerberg Hospital, Parow Valley, Mitchells Plain District Hospital
Pay/ Stipend: R50 847.00 per annum
Number of positions available: 3
Contract duration: 7 months
The Western Cape Government Department of Health is offering an Internship opportunity for an Administrative role at their Oral Health Centres. Candidates with disabilities are also welcome to apply.
Key Performance Areas of the Programme
- Assisting staff members with general administration duties (which may include, but not be limited to: research, data capturing and filing)
- Providing general administration support at Oral Health Centre in Tygerberg/ Mitchell’s Plain
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Senior Certificate, or equivalent
- Must have completed the theoretical component of a Human Resource Management National Diploma (N4, N5 and N6)
- Must be 18 to 35 years old
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience working in MicroSoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must have experience working with email and internet
- Must have strong communication skills in a minimum of 2 official languages of the Western Cape (English, Afrikaans or Xhosa) (written and verbal)
- Must have good listening skills
- Must be able to to gather and process information
