DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Voortrekker Road, Cape Town, Western Cape

WNS is inviting students with Matric to apply for the internship position, whereby candidates will provide Inbound and Outbound customer service (via emails, calls and web-chat for a large parcel delivery service).
Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

Ensuring that customers receive professional service at all times
Ensuring proper telephone etiquette, by being polite, empathetic and going above and beyond
Assisting with calculations and claims costs
Ensuring grammar and spelling is correct when communicating with customers, agents and branches
Adhering to all quality and compliance standards for all types of customer communication
Working within a team and dealing with change

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

Must have completed Matric (NSC)
Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday (from 08:00 to 18:00) and Sunday and Public Holidays (from 09:00 to 15:00)
