ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE INTERNSHIP:

Eskom are the only electricity producing company in South Africa, producing approximately 95% of the countries power and approximately 45% of the power in Africa. Eskom are responsible for generating, transmitting and distributing electricity to commercial, industrial, agricultural, mining and residential customers, as well as to redistributors.

Eskom is offering Internship Programme Opportunities to 20 graduates within Telecommunications Operations and Field Services Department, in the Electrical Engineering (Light Current) Discipline. This is a 12 month Internship Programme where incumbent will be afforded on job training.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Must have completed a National Diploma or National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering Light Current
Must have good communication skills
Must have the ability to understand technical concept

Must be able to perform physical work
Must be responsible and committed
Must be able to work at heights
Must be able to work as part of a team
