DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

RunawaySale is offering a digital marketing internship to graduates interested in showcasing their marketing and content creator abilities. During the programme, the candidate will mainly provide assistance in the production and development of multi-media campaigns for various events.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a passionate and hard-working team who will support the candidate’s journey as well as create a fun and welcoming environment.
Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

Providing assistance with marketing campaign roll-outs
Providing assistance and support to the marketing team on a daily basis by performing administration tasks
Managing weekly artworks by working closely with designers
Ensuring that all social media platforms are managed
Ensuring that competitive research is conducted
Maintaining the supplier and printer relationships
Providing assistance with experiential initiatives and events
Ensuring that new ideas are brainstormed and designed
Providing assistance with the building of a content database

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Must be a South African Citizen
Must have completed a Marketing tertiary qualification
Must have excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Must have an excellent command of the English language (verbal and oral)
Must be social media savvy
Must have copywriting capabilities
Must have knowledge of graphic design principles and programmes such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. (advantageous)
Must have knowledge and experience in SEO, Analytics, and AdWorks (advantageous)
Must be self-motivated
Must thrive under pressure
Must have high attention to detail
Must have excellent numerical skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be methodical
Must have excellent planning skills
