ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE LEARNERSHIP

Synergy Transformation Solutions (STS) is a B-BBEE Level 1, completely Black-owned, and partially Black Women-Owned Transformation Advisory and Skills Development firm.
STS offers services which are tailored to ensure that B-BBEE Codes are followed in a way that allows for maximum benefit for clients, while at the same time ensuring that our initiatives create a sustainable impact for South Africans.

DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME

Location: Gauteng
Programme duration: 12 months
Stipend: R6 000 per month

Synergy Transformation Solutions are inviting unemployed youth to apply for a 12-month Learnership programme. The programme will allow candidates to gain practical experience of working in the tyre industry, learning all about tyre repair and maintenance at one of South Africa’s top tyre retailers.

Candidates will receive an R6000 stipend each month, as well as the chance to gain full-time employment after completing the programme.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must reside in Gauteng province
  • Must be between 18 and 28 years old
  • Must have completed Grade 11 or higher
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must be willing to work in a practical “hands-on” environment
  • Must have an interest of the tyre or motor industry
